One of our key objectives is to establish a fund capable of financing multiple film projects concurrently. This fund will serve a dual purpose, enabling us to support not only our in-house productions but also other productions. What sets this fund apart is its unconventional approach: when an investor contributes, a portion of these funds will be strategically allocated towards real estate investments. Our primary focus in this real estate endeavor will be multi-family homes and land acquisitions. This strategy is designed to provide a heightened level of security for investment in the film industry, rendering it a more compelling proposition for potential investors.
